there is a great choice of classmates, but I go for eating in the window for full experience and it was very good. the rendang was perhaps slightly soiled, but had high-quality soft beef and the two sweet dishes were perfect. the sambal has fed a good taste and is very sharp. the most authentic and tricky Nasi Padang I found here, with the only criticism that it has very few Veg selections (pondok buyung on the other... What Orin Mosciski doesn't like about Central Food Cafe:
It's amazing how many rice and soup bowl places are literally surrounding this place in the always so busy food court. But this rustic takeaway has somekind of star power that keeps you coming back for a quick fix when you're dying from the wait...before next payday. This use is the place I loved to get my breakfast. imagine my surprise today when my thick layer was toast raised and raised, although I ordered thick layer toast, I received the thinnest toast imaginable. only one overprice has expired.
It is very nice. great service. but very expensive. for a small coffee on the sky.? like fine food prices. it wouldn't go back there unless I need. what I would need, because it was the caffe with big offices around
When you need some genuine Indonesian food at very reasonable prices then stop by Pondok Selera in Dixon House food court. I enjoyed the gado-gado. I look forward to coming back again.
If you're from SEA and crave a good beef rendang and some spicy sambal that's got a real kick that leaves you sweating like a dog, you've found it! My staple when i was a student in Sydney....
