Decided to have lunch with family here on the weekend. It has been many years since I was last there, nothing has changed. Except the food, it was delicious. It is well worth the drive here for a feed, plus a pleasant place to sit and relax with friends. Plenty of grass for the kids to run around and nice little beach. Don't let the outside first impression put you off. This is a really really great pub with amazing food and great service.
Visited today with 4 kids. Meals were very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly, and the view wasn't bad either! The meals were fresh tasting and the kids enjoyed their meals. We will definitely make an effort to come this way again!
