The only suggestion I have is that they could do a little better when it comes to packaging the sandwiches, as they sometimes get squished and messy. However, that’s just a minor detail—I really can't complain because the food tasted great.

The only suggestion I have is that they could do a little better when it comes to packaging the sandwiches, as they sometimes get squished and messy. However, that’s just a minor detail—I really can't complain because the food tasted great. It's also worth remembering that everyone working there is human too, trying to keep up with the pace of the day—especially when serving those intricate coffee orders with all kinds of modifications. At the end of the day, our needs were more than satisfied. They do a great job!

Klossen for indoor dining is disappointing! There are no tables available, even though there's plenty of space. I won't be returning!
I've been here for years and watched how customer service is getting worse and worse. they don't go here, it's worth going on a little while, despite the fact that I had already done and paid to pick up my order, and I literally saw that the worker locked the doors as I had parked, he refused to surrender my order. the drive thru line was literally 10 cars long, I showed the worker on the Starbucks app where I was just paid and my order was ready, he just decided to be rude, from no reason I even offered to go on the drive thru and he said he wouldn't give it to me as he would get in trouble for his work they trust me!
Lmaooooo omg if I had ONLY CHECKED THESE REVIEWS FIRST!!! *kicking myself*. Here 's the skinny: I 'm currently in the drive-thru where I came to pick up an order I placed online. This is the second time I 've arrived after placing my order and being assured by the app that my order would be ready when I got here, only to find that they don 't have the item. The curt, impatient little barista-child informed me by saying ...it looks like we don 't have your order which prompted me to check the app again to be sure my transaction had actually gone through. I offered my receipt number and she says yes but we don 't have it. She was trying to explain that it wasn 't that they had have my order, but that it isn 't ready. If you 're in the mood to have your time wasted, and to experience a cavalier attitude about their lack of preparation and delivery from the window server, *Bob Barker voice* come on down!
