I would give 3 stars for the food. It's not bad but the beef and broccoli is too sweet. The garlic string beans were over cooked. I'd say 4 stars for the service. Very attentive service at the bar. Full disclosure ate here with the priority pass dining credits. The staff was very knowledgeable of the credits and super fast and efficient with the food. Almost tempted to give 4 stars. If it weren't for the fact that PF Chang's was part of the Priority Pass offering, I wouldn't have chosen to dine at the LAX location, or any PF Chang's for that matter. The restaurant is situated on the fifth floor of the International Terminal among the airline lounges, and the décor was consistent with other PF Chang's locations. The standout feature was the large horse statue at the end of the escalator. I ordered an appetizer (Lettuce wrap), two small dishes (Shishitu peppers, Asparagus in Sichuan Sauce), and Fried noodles. The Shishitu Pepper was the only dish I managed to finish as it was small and you can't go wrong with fried food. The Lettuce wrap was decent due to the fresh iceberg lettuce, but everything else was disappointing. The asparagus in Sichuan sauce was soaked in a soggy and salty sauce that was worse than anything I could make at home. The Fried Noodle was tasteless and undercooked, even though it was priced at $9USD. I was also surprised by the long wait at PF Chang's - I had to wait 20 minutes before being seated. With plenty of other restaurants in the terminal, it shouldn't be hard to find a better option than PF Chang's. The only positive was the lettuce wrap on the appetizer menu. The service at this restaurant is slow, but it's not the fault of the employees. It's clear that they are understaffed. I sat at the bar and the bartender was working hard and sweating a lot. It was obvious that there should have been at least 2 or 3 people working in that area, but he was handling it alone. Additionally, despite the restaurant being spacious, not all tables were being used and there were several people waiting to be seated even though there were many open tables, which was strange. The wonton soup was lacking in flavor and portion, but the spicy shrimp I ordered was delicious!
I recently dined at PF Chang's for the first time and was disappointed by the lack of flavor in the dishes. I'm not sure if this is typical of their food or if it was just a result of being in an airport. The shrimp tempura was bland and had a rubbery texture, and the sushi lacked taste. The prices were high for the quality of the food, but at least the drink was decent. Overall, I would suggest avoiding this restaurant.

But the food is really just average. It's edible though. Come here for the service, drinks, and great spot to relax before an international flight
