Mcdonald's - Hawthorne

In the laufwerk thru I have a survey voucher for buy 1 sandwich get 1 free! I didn't get the free sandwich and the manager didn't want to honor the voucher. they tried to make me buy another sandwich to get the free one? She finally honored the good and gave me the free. when I drove away, I tasted my sweet tee, because mcdonald 's is known to serve lukewarm icestee. it was not only warm, but tasteless, it tasted like warm water. I took it in to exchange it and later discovered that the fish fillets were cold, dry and hardly had a tartaric acid sauce on them. Woman Donald has dropped the ball this time:

I have visited this restaurant multiple times. I enjoy the coffee and find that the bathrooms are clean 95% of the time. The surroundings are always tidy and the staff is welcoming. The management is attentive, especially during peak hours. I often visit various McDonald's locations for my coffee fix, but this one stands out for its quality.

I work for an environmental company and I waited 20 minutes for my order, even though I ordered online like I always do. I understand that we're all busy, but waiting 20 minutes for takeout seems a bit excessive, don't you think?

The staff at this restaurant was fantastic! I frequently visit McDonald's for a soft drink and find their prices to be very competitive compared to other choices.

This place is horrible. I usually go get coffee there in the morning and twice already I've had bad experiences. One time there was coffee grind in my coffee and I called and nobody speaks English in that shop. The second time I ordered coffee with no sugar and sure enough there was sugar in my coffee Icalled and no one answered the phone. I will definitely not be going there ever again. And I called the corporate number that's listed on the receipt and they don't give a heck either. The woman could barely give me a response after I gave them my complaint.
