This is a great cafeteria-style Mexican fast food place. The spice levels are just right, and there are plenty of options to choose from. It tends to get busy during lunch hours. View all feedback.
What Michael G doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I gave it 2 stars because the flavor of the ingredients we're pretty good, however when this place started they were famous for having large burritos full of steak and rice. Last time I was here they also made me a tiny burrito and the owner came out and apologized and gave me coupons. It's starting to look like they make them small until someone complains then compensate the ones that do. It sounds like a good plan... View all feedback.

I had to approach someone who looked like the manager to ask if she could assist the staff because she was just strolling around while the line was wrapped around the dining area. There were people leaving hungry and frustrated. This indicates a lack of effective leadership.
I visit Chipotle twice a month, and I went there yesterday at 1 PM. I always order the same thing: a burrito with white rice and chicken. However, they didn't have any white rice available and said it would take 15 minutes to prepare. I agreed to wait, and after 12 minutes, the rice finally came out, but then there was no chicken. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for that. Throughout this time, they kept letting other customers place their orders, and almost everyone asked for veggies, but guess what? They didn’t have any veggies either. When I finally received my order, not a single worker offered an apology for the long wait. To top it off, there was very little chicken on the burrito after all that waiting. I suppose this is what I get for being a loyal customer.
So retarded Cash should be accepted and covid is not even an excuse anymore
I?ve had great experiences at Chipotle before but this time I WAS THE UNLUCKY CUSTOMER EATING A BUG. Not even a small bug, you can see in the picture that the head (which was all that was left over? and we couldn?t find the rest of the body in the bite I spit out) is about the size of a kernel of corn. This was a BIG bug I had unknowingly snacked on. I went to the register to see if I could get some help and all that was offered was a choice between a new burrito or a refund. I appreciate that I at least didn?t have to pay for my burrito but most of the time people get paid to eat a bug by their dumb friends, not be offered a free bug from Chipotle. This would have been a perfect opportunity to empathize with a poor traumatized customer who just ate a mysterious large bug with wings on behalf of her trust that Chipotle would deliver delicious food. I was looking for someone to say ?I can?t believe that happened to you! I would imagine you probably lost your appetite so let me get that refunded and also give you a card to get a free burrito on us when you?re ready to give us another chance.? But instead I was offered a free bug at Chipotle. If anyone can reach out to me about this and help improve Chipotle?s service recovery experience please respond!
