We were absolutely... read more My daughter and I went to explore parts of Hawley which is the town my older daughter recently settled in and decided to stop in for coffee. We were absolutely not disappointed. The menu was a decent size so we had good choices. We wanted a big chainStarbucks kind of coffee at a local business and we got coffee that was much better than Starbucks. We also got a cream puff anda chocolate sprinkled donut which was out of this world. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were very comfortable andfelt welcomed here. As we were leaving it started to get busy but everyone was helped with a smile. We will absolutely come backhere.

Additionally, my c... read more I attempted to order a regular turkey sandwich, but the staff refused to switch it to sourdough bread, which I prefer over the default bread. Additionally, my coffee order was incorrect, and when I asked, she told me to add the creamer myself. Unfortunately, there was no creamer at the counter, just milk. This establishment clearly needs better management. Next time, I’ll go to Dunkin' for better customer service.
