Don't let the outside fool you! Much nicer and cozier on the inside with a lovely lake view and large outdoor deck with seating. We had the house special which was stuffed flounder and it was superb. I also had the house-made vinaigrette on my salad and it was delicious as well. Ambiance was home. The staff made us feel like we've met for years. The service was impeccable. Order and waitress (Crissy? was very helpful to help us in the selection. The food was delicious and served fast and hot. This place is one of the best kept secrets in East Texas. Love it.
My son took me there last night and it was fabulous. I had the venous geovese and you could cut them with a spoon. My son enjoyed the chicken Murphy and was completely blown away. I highly recommend this place.
Our whole family loves this place. From the great food, to the view, service and the wonderful owners, it is excellent. The best.
