I placed a to go order @1:11pm, she told me it would be a 35-45 min wait (not a problem) . I drove to Big Sandy and back thinking that the order was probably ready and getting cold, well they haven’t even started our order @2:09 pm, so we had to wait yet they told us they were sorry but a 20 head seat came in so they basically had to tend to them. I guess people that order over the phone don’t have any priorities of placement in the order line. So I call to speak to the manager or owner and get the same lady who states she is the manager and any and all complaints she will handle yet I’m getting nowhere with her cause of her defensive attitude. So I ask when the owner will be in to speak with and she informs me that they are trying to move to Colorado (Not the customers problem again). Why as a buisness owner would you let someone handle your customers complaints if they are not schooled in good customer service?
