What Marie Lisa doesn't like about Thai Express:
You had 2 mini tom yum soups (1 chicken, 1 shrimp) and 1 large tom yum (shrimp) to prepare. I got a small tum yum with no meat at all and the large tom yum soup had chicken instead of shrimp. The noodles were not well cooked as they normally are. The service and the quality at the Hawkesbury location has gone out the window. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
The best Thai express in the entire region, including Montreal and Ottawa. The food is consistently delicious every time.
The staff here are friendly, and the food is delightful. The Basil Shrimp fried rice was fresh and incredibly tasty.
We ordered our food to be spicy, but it came out completely bland. When we asked to have it replaced or adjusted, they refused. We then requested to speak with a manager, but the employee named Quan insisted that there was no manager available and that they couldn't help us with anything. As a last resort, we took our food back to the counter in hopes that they could add some spice to it. Instead, Quan threw our food in the garbage and said they wouldn't even consider changing it.
Stopped here while in the area, great food, great service and very clean restaurant. You can tell by the upkeep that the owners take good care of the business and customers. Would definitely recommend them if you're in the area.
Was so surprised by how nice the staff was and how good it tasted! Will come back!
