Deja Vu Bar and Grill - Hawkesbury

The food was good but the service was a little slow .. first hot weekend of the year and they ran out of ketchup, lots of drinks and even cutlery. Made for an ok experience and waitress was stressed and slow.

Usually I'm not complaining about little problems and mistakes in restaurants, we're all human, but this was just an evening of mistakes!!! The table was next to the window, and it was very cold. Then the waitress didn't know what was the alcoholic cocktails was made of, I'm not asuming that they've must to remember it all but at least put it on the menu. Some of us didn't get our salads which was include in the meal, but the thing is that we wasn't even asked what kind of salad we would like. We ordered some snails topped with cheese, they returned twice without. My order was forgotten, and when they brought it, it was wrong. By the end of the night the mistake wasn't been fixed on the bill!!! It was the worse visit in a restaurant in my whole life.

I highly recommend the rib steak, cooked to perfection. Choose the wedges for side. For light lunch, try the pita bread pizza or the salads.

We were there for lunch. Lot's of people for lunch on a beautiful day on the patio. Chair could be improved (just plastic chair), nothing fancy. They do have enough umbrella for shade. Very large seated area inside.The service was ok and the food was average.I believe this place is more a bar scene but for a quick meal, it's ok, I suppose.

Deja Vu is more of a bar scene. The service was good, and the food That I ordered was average. Saying that, I would return if I am in Hawkesbury again.
