A&w - Hawkesbury

They have listed the timings until 10 pm on Monday. I still called the store at 8:38 to confirm as the A& W App was not taking the order. They said App order only until 8 pm but drive thru is open. I drove and reached there at 8:56 and they said we closed I am unsure how they closed at 9 if online it says at 10 even if they close at 9 there were still 3-4 min left and they still did not take my order. Was waiting in line in second in line for over 5 min. That's where I was when I came in and where I stayed till I just left. The people in front didn't even greet the people in front of me. The line grew to the door so I decided to leave without buying anything. When you don't serve customers you don't make money or keep customers. Just go to the McDonald's at least they serve you there. Food: 1

Completely had an awful experience through drive-thru. My hubby ordered lettuce buns on all my burgers, and half came out with bread... went back to get it revised to the lettuce burger... and got the same order back... We were pissed and went back to tell them we really can't eat bread, but the staff made it very obvious we were the laughing stock in the kitchen... wow, just wow Meal type: Dinner

I would never recommend this a&w to anyone!! They clearly don't know how to make hamburgers! The woman who served me was arguing with me! You were in the wrong!! All their foreign workers that they get to Canada don't know how to speak proper english or how to behave with customers. After arguing for 15 minutes they put money on the counter for me but i left and left it there. I will not be treated that way. Don't ever forget that customers are the hands that feeds you.

You buy $40 of food and they then want to charge you $0.25 for each pack of mayo you ask for. My partner is allergic to ketchup which is why we ask... frikin cheap nickle dimers.
