Contribute FeedbackSilks continues to impress with its outstanding food, service, and atmosphere, making it a true neighborhood gem. Regulars are always recognized, adding a personal touch. On the other hand, a special event disrupted the dining experience for one reviewer, with the waitstaff lacking finesse. Despite some disappointments, the food quality shined through, especially during Sunday brunch, which featured excellent crab cakes and sushi. The atmosphere is cozy and lively, with live music adding to the experience. Overall, Silks offers good, standard food with attentive service in a solid location, making it worth a visit.
We requested a table in the "fine dining" section, but were seated in the lounge since our table was ready. This was not a problem for us. Unfortunately, our entrees arrived while we were still enjoying our appetizers, so they were sent back. When they were served again, it was evident that they had only been reheated and one of them was cold. We decided to order new dishes, which turned out to be much better. The drinks were generously poured.
I had a wonderful experience at Silks. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The food was delicious.
We went for dinner during Happy Hour on a Friday night and really enjoyed the live guitarist. I had a delicious seafood shrimp and crab salad, while my friend opted for a crab cake salad. During a previous Saturday night visit, we tried the crab cake entree (made with lump crab but small) and a salmon salad that was loaded with salmon and very tasty. The bar/restaurant area has a cozy and lively atmosphere, and it is not too big.
Becoming a regular for a good night out! Celebrated my wife's birthday...excellent! Love Silks!!!
Food was outstanding, service was excellent. I highly recommend Silks!
