Nonnie's Brick Oven Pizza

My husband went in today and ordered a large pie. When he brought it home it had cheese slid all over the place and it looked messy and was under cooked. In the past I have had nothing but good experiences there. Today he called and was told to bring it back, which he did. When he arrived he explained what was wrong with the pizza...I guess to a manager because he came from his office and said to my husband you look like you want to punch me) which absolutely was not the case at all. He is one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet....but he does have a very authoritarian voice because of his background. Hewas given a refund and told never to come back there. Fast forward...I don't know but during all of that somehow someway a fresh pizza was made and he brought it back home. I don't know how I feel about that situation but I think customer service is very important to any establishment. It just really bothered me that that happened because like I said I frequent there all the time.

Stopped to try this place out since the reviews were good. Pizza was decent, chicken parm was flavorless. Soda’s from the machine were flat, the employees didn’t seem to care. So we just had to get water. Minimal seating.

Still imo the best local pizza from Aberdeen through Havre de grace. Reasonable pricing. Great taste. Great choices on the menu.

The pizza is better than your average pizza, cooked in a brick oven. The online ordering is a bit wonky, the staff certainly do not appreciate online orders, they swear and complain whenever one comes in. We stayed at the great wolf lodge and would order from here again.

Brick oven and fresh ingredients makes everything on the menu taste that much better!
