Great tasting crab cakes and the owner is very personalable. Would definitely have them again.

Had the crabcake sandwich from their food trailer at Chambersburg Market days. Crabcake was over fried, small, greasy, and had a lot of filler. Would not recommend the crabcake.

Kathy's is the quintessential small town crab shack and it never disappoints! Highly recommend the crab dip.

I’m sorry to say we tried this restaurant and it was a great disappointment. The evening we went there was one new waitress, one bartender and one cook. We were one of maybe ten other dinners. It took forever for our food to arrive, my poor D-I-L dinner was forgotten altogether until after repeatedly asking were her salad and corn was. One ordered the bucket of clams $40 the clams were so small that you could eat them with a toothpick. One ordered the broiled flounder. Now I know flounders are a flat thin fish. However his filets were so thin you could almost see through them. An order of broiled bay scallops were decent. The mussels in red sauce tasted off. I took the mussels out of the bowl and poured melted butter on them. We spent approximately $100 plus $20 tip. Will never go there again.

I had the pleasure to eat at laughing crab food truck today. I had a great experience with the food and the owner. Food was fresh and a different take on traditional seafood favorites. I read some past reviews that don’t line up at all with my experience. The crab wonton was fantastic, I hope more people with positive feedback take the time to leave a review because this place deserves it!
