Union has a nice layout and attentive and knowledgeable staff. I didn't go for dinner, but did enjoy their yucca fritas and they were delicious. I'm not quite sure what type of sauce/dip was with it, but it hit the spot and complimented the fries very well. My friend ordered their soup and quesadillas and enjoyed her meal as well. We both ordered mojitos which were fresh and delicious. I'd return if I'm in the neighborhood!

The waitstaff were equally pleasant and professional, ensuring there was no long wait and taking great care of us throughout our meal. The food was nothing short of extraordinary—I'd say it’s the best I've had in Rockland. The restaurant is housed in an old brick building, beautifully decorated with a romantic and upscale ambiance. It's a perfect spot for special occasions with family, gatherings, date nights, or any reason to spend quality time together. I can't wait to return!
