What Jeff doesn't like about Upminster Cafe:
I paid for 2 Latte's and only got one. The bill showed that to be the case, the delivery person did not seem interested when asked why there was only one delivered which is not acceptable. There is no indication of who to contact when this happens which again is not helpful. View all feedback.
