Subway - Havering

I live in Romford and enjoy eating at Subway. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that this particular store does not offer halal options for the Muslim community. It's unfortunate because Romford is becoming more diverse, with new Popeyes and Chopstix stores opening nearby, both of which offer halal options. If Subway doesn't update its marketing strategy to cater to the Muslim population in Havering, it may risk losing customers. With 4,829 Muslim residents in Havering, which is 1.9% of the population, it is clear that Subway needs to reevaluate its market segmentation and targeting efforts.

I visited the Romford Subway on South Street after receiving vouchers. I placed my order, but when I went to pay, I was told that they were not accepting the vouchers. I was disappointed that there was no notice on the door or window informing customers of this. I regret not walking out and not getting the sub. I do not recommend dining at this establishment.

I visited Subway on South Street in Romford on March 3, 2020, expecting it to be open until 9:30 pm as stated on the Subway app. However, when I arrived at 8:50 pm, the staff informed me that they had already closed. I was surprised by this early closure and believe it is not how a business should be operated in any industry. This behavior may even be close to breaking certain laws that govern retail stores, such as trading standards and misinformation laws. I will no longer be returning to this store, as I do not trust it to keep its promises and retain my business.

Visited for a lunch time snack yesterday sat outside and eat salad bowl and coffee. have been here a few times in the last few months. however the portion sizes have gone down dramatically one small scoop of cheese (had to pay 30p for another one) salad bowl not over full. wanted carrots on salad a few added. another lady was complaining to her friend that the chicken portion she had was smaller than usual. they would be better off charging more and giving people a decent portion. will not go again.

No frills good taste subways are all ok quick service happy staff. Busy little shop lack off sitting but that's fine
