I would give them 0 stars if I could, one of the worst places I have ever been. 2 very rude staff, not kind, we were like 10 people, so they brought the plates and left it there so we could arrange by ourselves, one of the glass of what its supposed to be strawberry lemonade but it was water with syrup, just horrible, was spilled and they didn’t wiped it up, gave us kitchen roll to Do it by ourselves, they supposed t... Had a nice lunch in prezzo today hornchurch industry. excellent eating. it was served by alex who was friendly and efficient. no hurry to free our table from personal. much fun. would recommend. excellent eating.
Beautiful restaurant in the heart of hornchurch, service was 10/10, we were served by bibiana, she was very polite and friendly. I didn't like my meatballs, but that's just because I'm fussy with meat, eating about it was delicious! will be back:
Beautiful risotto, but very small part and bad presentation. the same with the salmon penne pasta. developed with the pannacotta- nice texture and presentation, but could not find any taste. I honestly don't know what that was. the personal, beautiful! we had a person allergic to cheese, and the girl that served us was amazing to find out what the food does not contain and recommend the best possible. she was brilliant to deal with the situation. I'm coming back.
Good eating, consistency within the chain. usually wait well bar one or two. priced. came to £75 for 3 courses bottle wine for table for 2 people.
I organised a Retirement meal for 24 people for lady in work!! Prezzo could do enough for us!! Due to large group they took pre orders 1 week before! Everyone’s order was correct and hot (sometimes be tricky with so many people) The staff couldn’t do enough for us!! All soo polite, helpful and the cost reasonable!! Thank you soo much!
