We typically order from Deliveroo, but today while out shopping, we decided to dine in at the restaurant. Everything seemed fine at first, but once we were seated, we started to notice numerous little flies, resembling fruit flies, landing on us and the table. They were everywhere, and it became even worse when our food arrived. This really detracted from our dining experience and has made us hesitant to order from the restaurant again. Additionally, the tables were extremely sticky and the atmosphere was a bit odd, unlike any other creamery I have visited.
Have been here before for desserts and was always quite good (always order to eat in NOT takeaway). But now they have decided to be cheap and you no longer get the ice cream you used to get with the waffles! So you pay the same for a dry dessert and if you want ice cream you pay extra. It’s a shame because some of the waffles were really good but now I won’t bother going again.
I'm going to summarize the place in 6 points: 1. Service was quick 2. Staff were friendly enough 3. Food was mediocre 4. Portions were mediocre 5. Atmosphere was mediocre 6. Pricing was outrageous I've had Creams before, but this place doesn't live up to the name or quality. Wouldn't go there again.
My cousin, kids, and I had a great time at the restaurant. The customer service was excellent.
