Terrible service. Have many times changed chips for mash for the little one and they refused to do it.. then when I asked for a drum stick for him they said he gets what he’s given.. All the women were disgusting all giving evils and complaining about being at work and the customers.. If I hadn’t of already paid I would of told them to stick it.. what a surprise food order was wrong too and they gave my boy a side breast so the most amount of bones possible.
If you order chicken pieces check your order before you leave. They are selling chicken prices the size of chicken wings not acceptable when customers are paying for chicken pieces. If you want to sell chicken he size of chicken wings then lower your prices and change the advertisement photos for chicken pieces.
Did not receive a bottle of Tropicana with my order. Ordered x2 only x1 in the takeaway bag at the drivethru. Therefore, KFC are deliberately short changing customers. Not very happy at all!
I'd rather boil my own head in piss then ever have the displeasure to eat here again. We were missing meals our food was cold and then the same thing happened when we recorded. The tables were dirty and the service was slow. Evening ruined
Seriously how hard is it to read a ticket, make the food and put it in a bag. Twice tonight you got our orders wrong. First time we ordered 4 meal and only 3 came. One of the other meals was a tower burger and yet there was no hashbrown and the other meals were cold. Had to re order a second time for the missing meal and guess what order was wrong again. Seriously learn how to read the tickets.
