What Toheem doesn't like about Harris Hoole:
Bit taken aback to be asked for my name. It wasn 't busy, I was the only person queuing and I collected my drink. Upon asking I was told it was on his till. And??? Yet again an extremely depressing tea bag in a cup of hot water. Don 't care your tea bag was a pretentious plastic variety. It was horrible quality and I had to make it myself. Stop taking the mick, at £2 a pop. View all feedback.
The team here work really hard, friendly and polite, amazing coffee and great sweet selection and sandwiches are also great.

Amazing coffee. great app rewards loyalty by checking in and getting a free drink all 6 shopping. coffee is made with milk art and every taste great. good selection of toasties and cakes. I always choose for the huh and speck toastie or the cheese toastie they can not believe how much cheese it contains! the staff is a young crowd, but friendly.
Very dissatisfied today young girl on the till made a mistake then ended up taking 2 free drinks off my rewards instead of just one
I visited this restaurant for a coffee, but was disappointed to learn that they only serve coffee in disposable paper cups. This was very disappointing. Do they not have a dishwasher? Does management approve of this practice? It's unacceptable.
