Today we... read more Really lovely food and quirky place when its goes well. But today was the 3rd time they've got our sandwiches wrong as the staff don't seem to listen. Today we got a takeaway as a working lunch treat: The other times they've got it wrong, we've sucked it up in situ, but today at home the resulting ingredients meant neither of us could eat the food, and we went hungry for the afternoon as we had no time to make anything between meetings. Also my husband realised after returning home that the refund wasn't the full amount. Really unimpressive.

Often busy and that makes it a little busy on service, possibly die to kids picking when they arrive at the counter and can see the options available. Clean shop, clean toilet, nice staff and loyalty stamp cards to earn a free scoop. They also do take away boxes of ice cream. Regulars here as we pass it most days.

They did not as... read more I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago and felt unwelcome by the staff, who seemed put out by my arrival when the restaurant was empty. They did not ask if I wanted to dine in or take out. I had to wait until they were taking payment to order the coffee I wanted, as it was difficult to get their attention while wearing a mask. When I stopped outside to organize myself, they practically shouted at me to sign the "covid register," despite me already scanning the app upon arrival. The lack of attention and unwelcoming atmosphere heightened my anxiety, despite my love for their food and drinks. I would recommend avoiding this place after my experience.
