This was my first visit to this location and I have no complaints about the food. I didn't like the way the parking lot is set up. I wanted to get drive through and eat in the parking lot. Since I was waiting on an appointment. But I wasn't able to get back in the parking lot without pulling out into two lanes of traffic just to enter into the next driveway. Would be okay if the traffic wasn't so bad. Instead I turned right and made my way to Walgreens, I believe. And ate there.
I had the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant thanks to Gabriel in the drive-thru. This was on Thursday, June 23rd. Please consider giving him a raise, and have him train your other drive-thru staff. He truly is a legend!
I had a wonderful experience with the customer service! Gabriel, the drive-thru employee, was exceptionally sweet. He handled the buns with great care, and everything in my order was perfectly organized. My nuggets were crispy, and he treated me with kindness and respect!
I ordered online and went to pick up my order as I have in the past, but the online ordering process at this location didn’t work smoothly. I received the wrong order and had to make another trip around to resolve the issue. Fortunately, they handled it quickly. They just need to improve their system for picking up orders that are already prepared and paid for. Overall, the food was good.
