I had a very disappointing experience today around 6 PM. The woman at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I received the wrong order after waiting 10 minutes in line. I politely explained the mistake, as I have worked in the food and retail industry and understand how things can go wrong. However, she raised her voice and insisted that I had ordered incorrectly. App was ready to use. Drive up personnel was very pleasant and they didn't forget any special orders I asked for. Wonderful location.
Always great food, nice staff, and clean dining area. Sometimes they get orders wrong but still coming back for more!
Doesn't seem like they're paying their employees enough and they're barely hired, and it seems whoever they're renting is no matter. I have expected my whole 30 minute break from work in line lol. must be profitable to carry such a skeletal crew so hard. ends after 30 minuets in the drive-thru line to leave because I come back to work.
Not sure why there was a ranch on my brother's childmind, but there was. That was weird. I didn't really eat my food because I was too busy playing with the toy.
If they don't have enough staff to run normally and efficiently maybe they should pay or offer their employees better wagesThey are never open inside so instead have to wait in drive thru going out to the road 3 out of 4 times I've gone because they don't have the staff. They take FOREVER whether there is 1 car or 6. The time I went with no line they still took 8 mins to make 2 simple chicken sandwiches when I was the only one there.
