You know in the Christmas movies when the people go home for the holidays and there’s 1 thing they can’t live without that just makes home feel home? That’s Haverhill house of Pizza. I grew up in groveland and moved when I was 25. When I need to feel and taste home Haverhill House is where it’s at. Chris is the greatest! And the rest of the family is great too. The restaurant itself don’t let it fool you it adds to the character of how long they have been a family staple in town. I LOVE Haverhill House.

My husband has been telling me about this place for yeeeeears. We finally made the trip up north and had the pleasure of eating here. I ordered a steak bomb and added mushrooms. It was so good, that i began to feel cheated by all the other sub shops in the south. Flavorful, hot, and incredibly delicious. I understood why the south lost, both in the war and in overall dining. It was unlike anything I’ve ever eaten before. I’m going to come back and order some for the drive back home,begrudgingly, to the south. I will definitely return.

I love the food. I purchase gift certificates to give as gifts. What's not yummy? Every bite of any food just gives you Joy. Subs, pizza, meals, etc... My all time favorite has to be the chicken fingers by themselves or better yet in a sub with everything.

Fast, friendly service, everything on the menu is great, and the prices are reasonable.
