The atmosphere at the Havertown location is different from the bustling and lively neighborhood of Porter Street, but still manages to be vibrant and enjoyable. The restaurant's simple and understated decor, similar to that of the original location, adds to the overall experience. We appreciated the variety of seating options and the fact that the restaurant was not too noisy.

What m m doesn't like about L'angola West:
This restaurant serves low quality food made from inferior ingredients. The grilled romaine salad has a propane taste, the pasta is not homemade, and the sauces are made with poor quality meat. The fish was mushy and disgusting. Save your money and time by avoiding this place. It should be shut down. My experience was terrible and I will never come back. View all feedback.
It is great BYOB Restored for the Havertown area. Tonight, I had sugar salad and sambuca. The beet salad came with peanuts instead of pecans or walnuts. That's a big miss. I'd rather have carved the lambship over the pasta, but that's a personal preference. This restaurant is still above average for the area and a wonderful place to spend a nice night. Service was exceptional.
Simply wondrous! From the attentive, well versed staff to the impeccable presentation of wondrous appetizers and entrees in just the right timeline ... L'angolo provides the space for an evening of delight! The accoutics work well as you can actually have a conversation without effort! BYOB and never feel rushed. Here is the opportunity to thoroughly enjoy the experience of a warm space, friendly staff, and fine dining in a community setting. This hidden gem in downtown Havertown is so worth making a reservation for! Thanks for the difference you make, everyday!
Adorable place and amazing food. It took a while because there weren't many people working and the place was packed but the food was well worth the wait. Authentic Italian at reasonable prices. Also a BYOB. Its a win!

The staff, atmosphere, and most of the food were perfect. I am looking forward to returning soon and hopefully upgrading to a 5-star rating! The only issue was with the special dish I ordered: Pigs. It came with potatoes, broccoli, and a generous portion of pork. The broccoli was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The texture of the potatoes was spot on, but the pork was lacking flavor. It seemed like it had been cooked by poaching or steaming, rather than roasted. The Tiramisu could have been a bit moister, but I am no expert. Despite these minor issues, the service was friendly and attentive, and the appetizers were amazing. We enjoyed a perfect burrata, delicious shells, and an amazing Caesar salad. Overall, 10 out of 12 of us loved our main courses. The presentation was top-notch, especially for a second location during a busy holiday season.
