I forgot to ask if I would be charged more for white meat, given that it wasn’t what I had originally ordered. I hope not. The chicken was slightly dried out and had a noticeably dark appearance from spending too long in the warming oven. On a positive note, the cleanliness of the restaurant was good, though the building shows signs of age and wear, which can impact the overall perception of cleanliness. There were some minor, yet noticeable details: the interior door handles, especially those for the exit and restrooms, are quite worn, and the exterior door handles were dirty on the side where people grab them, which is visible upon exiting. This area could definitely use a cleaning; it makes a big difference between a good cleaning job and an exceptional one. A little steel wool would really brighten up the noticeable metalwork. Additionally, one of the tables was missing a piece of Formica at the end. While all these points are minor, they are noticeable and also improvement opportunities.

However, I was informed that our cook was running a bit late and that they couldn't serve chicken at the moment. They offered tenders or nuggets instead, so I decided to go with the tenders. I was pleased with my choice; they were crispy, moist, and not at all dry. I also tried the new bowl, and it was great!
