Wow, the service and food were absolutely fantastic! The seafood salad was fresh and delicious! My server was patient and friendly, even when some guests were less than pleasant...

Terrible service. I never received the bread, lemon, or pepper. The Seafood Cobb was missing the blue cheese, and my plate was just placed across the table without any care. To make matters worse, I wasn't even offered dessert. After sitting there for 45 minutes, I was handed the bill. Overall, a complete disappointment!

My waitress, Callie, was very kind and pleasant, although service was slow since she was the only one working. Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush. I found the $4 charge for Tazo Starbucks tea a bit excessive; I guess it’s comparable to a venti size? However, I was only given one tea bag for the entire pot—I would have preferred if they steeped it for me! Overall, it met my needs, and I was grateful to have a decent dinner downstairs instead of venturing out in the midst of a crazy ice storm!

Yum. So the menu doesn't mention that the seafood cobb comes with gorgonzola, which I hate. I switch it for parmesan, and the salad is bomb. I live around the corner and pretty regularly go to this hotel restaurant in the winter. I wish there was an outside restaurant. If there was- I'd be there even more!
