I recommend to the Lord of the House a communication training for deescalation. There are rooms with balcony doors to a public veranda. Since the rooms are not air-conditioned, the room cannot be ventilated. (presently high temperatures) This should be communicated to guests in advance. There are favorite foods where I could always insert myself. One of them is fried blood sausage, also in combination with her sister, the liver sausage. A particularly appetizing couple of siblings met me on the preliminary way home from Saarbrücken when we passed the partly beautiful Hauenstein at a later lunch hour. Actually, we wanted to go further to Birkweiler to play a little wine cartontetris in the half-filled tribe (thanks to MarcO74, for the excellent address!, but to go there to a restaurant search, it was already a bit late, especially at a Monday, where 9 out of 10 restaurants break. Therefore we first drove the Hauensteiner Dorfstübel, where we had taken a decent lunch a few years ago, but also closed on Mondays. Fortunately, we didn't have to starve: The Landgasthof Zum Ochsen, quite picturesquely located on the market (for a proof photo the weather was unfortunately too bad), had risen. View of the reception There it goes bourgeois-rusty, with as much wood as it belongs to a farmhouse. Artifacts of the local artist's hand, which can also be bought in retail, decorate the guest room. We didn't buy anything because we needed space. We were very kindly greeted and led to one of several free tables. My fish-loved woman chose the Zanderfilet with vegetables and Basmati rice, and I of course for the Palatinates mentioned at the outset, which here in combination with Bratkartoffeln acts as a schuster pan. The satisfaction was unfortunately unequally distributed. Zander (21 € was pale, not only colourful, but also tasteful: the fish is fresh but not even salted; at the sauce a bit of wine could have been true miracles. The vegetables were good and crisp. On the one hand there was already food because my gastric wife had sinned quite well in the previous days (I say only: Döner... on the other hand it was disappointing again because she had sinned a little further. But good, mouth cleaned and the experience cut off... Dreggische Grumbeere I had definitely hit it better. With my shoe plate (11,80 €) everything really fits, both sausages of fine quality, the bloodwormed mildly smoked, and the roast potatoes a wonderfully crusty matter, which simply harmonizes with the melted fat from the sausage to inappropriately well. Once again it has been confirmed that one is well advised to confine oneself to the region during its crossings. By the way, the salad, which also had a well-made potato salad, there was the fish, but actually made itself even better than a fresh contrast point to the powerful Schuster pan. And so he was generously pushed over me. How I love her... There was also a large bottle of Teinacher nature for solid 5,90 €. Clean cleaning was all, and the service was fast and attentive. The lady who served us did not wear a mask that surprised us first; In the meantime, I believe that this is allowed with a current test. But if it's mentally sent to the guests, it's another thing. Epilog: When my wife saw the water in her mouth and the buds contributed to it, there were two days after... Drum Whirls... another drum swirl... call us crazy... and another drum swirl... fried bloodworm! Only with self-fermented sauerkraut and roast potatoes, then after good Philippine customs with peperoni and rice. And who says it's nice, he can visit us.
