They call themselves Superior this and that. Their 4 course menu was pretty decent. Just couldn 't understand how a table of 7 got plates and food in 3 different temperatures. The wine suggestions was great price/value. Breakfast was good, solid standard. The mattress was way to soft, the pillows flat. Wanted to try out the bar but it was over flowing. I guess that means it is good, just can 't vouch for it personall... View all feedback.
What Sadie Tromp doesn't like about Kunz:
Wir waren in Emils Bar. Sehr störend war die Tatsache, dass dort geraucht werden darf. Leider wurden wir nicht darauf hingewisen, dass man auch in Emils Bar Speisen von der Restaurantkarte bestellen kann. Leider bemerkten wir es erst nach unserer Bestellung, da der Nachbartisch die große Karte erhielt. Speisen von der Barkarte waren ok, leider zu teuer. View all feedback.
One of the best restaraunts we have visited in any country. My steak was done to perfection, the pate melted in my mouth and their regional wines complemented the food choices I even had a local beer that was quite good. Our party...was treated excellently by the attentive staff and although my wife and I don't speak much German, the staff was fairly fluent in English making it all the better an experience.
We drove the 30-minute drive to pirmasens of k city and asked us if it was worth the trip. we found it was safe. the dining room is very elegant and the waiter is very attentive. we started with a delicious serving of brot, then ordered from the Entree menu. they had an English language menu that was very helpful with the detailed menu items, was offered in sections of appetizers, fish, multi-way dishes, wings, pork, wild game, etc. It was nice that they offered a free trip to the salatbar with the escapes. I tried the maissalat with goat cheese in proscuitto (outstanding! and my wife had the seasonal pumpkin soup they enjoyed. we tried various types of kidnappings the bark strips in dijon sauce and potato pancakes, the lamb with scaled kartoffels, and the pork pliers packed in ham. everyone was great, but we're gonna have the lamb again. for the desert there were many options and we tried the green apple sorbet in sekt, the plumener and the cream brûlée. wow, what a great culinary experience, of course after the cursor!
Best accommodation round, great service. the bar, the restaurant, the crew 5.* too good to be in ps: well known place to stay for shoe stores.
Five kreise must earn, and this hotel/restaurant did exactly that. this is a modern hotel in a rather outside of the way. our rooms were in the first floor and had all the usual accents. in the cellar was a swimming pool and. a room enjoyed by members of my family. the restaurant was packed and I can say why. the kitchen was excellent, with my main course the goose top valan filet delicious. the breakfast was excellent. I couldn't find anything to blame about this hotel, and neither could my daughter, and that says something,
Food was served elegantly by a knowledgeable server who knew exactly how to present each course. Well done.
