Instead of the usual slow service, boring menu, and flavorless steak, everything was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious, and the service was fast and efficient. The updated menu was a much-needed change, and I believe they are capable of cooking a variety of dishes quite well.

The mea... read more The food was bland and lacked flavor, especially without any sauces. The service was slow, and the staff seemed to offer very little personal attention. The meal was served warm, but the mac and cheese was dry. I can't recommend this place except for the salad. Charging £15.99 for a small portion of ribs was disappointing; I expected much more for that price. The only extras included half a corn on the cob that wasn't hot enough to melt the butter, some coleslaw that could have been taken from the salad bar, and three boiled chips that would have been enjoyable if they had been freshly cooked instead of being served lukewarm.

To top it off, our guests were subjected to the sight of the manager and staff joking around behind where we were sitting. Considering we were charged $60 for what was supposed to be a lovely culinary experience, this is completely unacceptable! I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.
