Element Kitchen - Hatfield

The Old Comet, recently renovated, is yet to fully take off but has a lot of potential. The dishes are beautifully presented and delicious, and the personal attention is commendable.

It was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night, but we received excellent and efficient service, and the food was delightful. There might have been a bit too much salt for my taste, but I still enjoyed every bite. The prices were reasonable as well.

I had a delightful meal in a stunning setting. Although the busy roads are nearby, you can hardly hear a thing. The food was fantastic, and the wine was very reasonably priced. The service was exceptional, and the ambiance was lovely.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the staff is incredibly friendly, especially There and Ines, who were attentive and welcoming. The only downside is that the prices are quite high; if they lowered them a bit, it could attract more customers. It would also be great if they offered cocktails. However, the dessert and coffee were absolutely delicious!

While the beer selection is somewhat limited (with Coors priced at £4.50 per pint), everyone was able to find something they liked. The wine list and cocktails also provide great value. Overall, the ambiance and staff made for a lovely evening. They have several specials at the moment, and we appreciated a 10% cash discount on the bill. I can definitely see myself returning frequently—it's quickly becoming one of my favorite places. I’m giving it four stars for now solely because I think the menu could be expanded, but I know the manager, Bruno, is dedicated to making improvements.
