Our experience there was delightful, with exquisite dishes, a well-trained staff, and a professional chef. We've added this place to our list and will definitely return soon. We highly recommend it!

The only minor disappointment was that the TV wasn’t a smart model, which made it impossible to connect our phones, and there were no plugs located near the bed—something that feels essential these days. However, our executive room was very cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the mirror and table, which made applying my makeup easy, especially with the helpful desk lamp. The wardrobe was spacious enough for our belongings, and while we received robes, the in-room iron didn’t work. Thankfully, we were able to get one from reception. The staff were also delightful during both breakfast and dinner.

The hotel has a contemporary and inviting atmosphere, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The afternoon tea itself was delightful, offering plenty of delicious treats for the three of us. We ended up with more food than we could finish, so they kindly packed it up in a take-home box and even included three little pots of jam for the scones we took home. I highly recommend the afternoon tea at Beales, and I would definitely visit again.

While the artwork on the walls may not align with my personal taste, it was definitely intriguing. The restaurant served outstanding main dishes and desserts. It was unfortunate that we were the only diners on a very quiet Friday night, as the food was so well prepared.
