Very old chicken rice, owner I think is about 70 years old. sale only steam chicken rice. chicken is delicate, juicy and the skin is surprisingly crispy. that's the best I had in hatyai.
One of the famous chicken rice restaurants in hadyai. very juicy chicken come with old style sauce and clear suppe. if they don't like basic sauce, they can also mix their sauce themselves.
Chance on this load sell chicken reis during the detection of the neighbor. apparently this is one of the famous loading in hatyai that sells chicken rice. order the 1 person share that came to 80Baht if I don't remember wrong. as they see, I was served the boneless upper leg. the meat was delicious and delicate. the tasty chili sauce really fits the meat well. reis was just as good. highly recommended!
Good chicken rice with Thailand special spicy chilli sauce you can add yourself
Chicken with its own flavour unlike other stalls. The taste is not saltish. The chicken meat is juicy and tender, and the skin is not very fatty. The dipping sauce is soy bean sauce whose taste is mild. Chopped chili and ginger can be added for more intense spiciness. The price is a little on the high side for standard serving. Recommend to order the cut of chicken e.g. drumstick, half chicken, chicken breast, etc. The place is a unit of shophouse. It's clean. The walls are coated lightly with silt from burning charcoal which is used to cook the soup. The owner can speak good Mandarin and friendly to customers. The peak hours is late morning and lunch, so be patient to get the seats especially if you come as a group more than 5 persons.
