Burgerfuel - Hastings

Clearly, this restaurant serves fast food, but it definitely gets the job done when you're in a hurry. The burgers were fantastic, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. Surprisingly, there was no tofu burger available, only vegetable burgers on the menu from what I could tell. The only negative aspect was the thick shake, which I would advise against ordering. It was overly sweet, more so than soda, and watery with chunks of ice at the bottom. I believe anything else on the menu would have been a better choice.

I really enjoyed the soy shake at this restaurant because it was very thick and flavorful. I tried the strawberry shake and would highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a less sweet and more fruity option. Additionally, I ordered the mini combustion tofu burger, which was delicious because I am a fan of fried tofu. I look forward to returning for more vegan burger options, as there are two more choices on the menu. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely go back for more.
