I ordered lunch for my children and mysel... read more I usually have a great experience at this restaurant with their amazing food and service, but today was disappointing. I ordered lunch for my children and myself, and the delivery driver was very loud with his music, which I found unprofessional. Additionally, my daughter told me that the driver handed her the pizza on the side street instead of delivering it directly to our apartment, causing the toppings to slide. I feel bad leaving a negative review, as I understand the driver may be young and inexperienced, but this could be a good learning opportunity for them.

The pizza itself was delicious, but I believe the staff could benefit from better training.

When I inquired after about 10 minutes I... read more Placed an on-line order at 3:30pm for 6pm pick up on 12/24. Arrived at 6pm and was told it would just be a few minutes. When I inquired after about 10 minutes I was told they were just taking it out. After another 20 minutes I asked about the wait time and was told my ticket got skipped and they were just putting it in. Order cancelled, waiting on the refund. Won’t be back.

Placed a DELIVERY order ONLINE and within minutes, received a call that they couldn't deliver it, I had to go pick it up. No big deal, I asked for a refund for the delivery fee or a free two liter to replace it and went to go pick it up because I already paid online. Drove into Hastings and had to bang on the door 100 times because the kids inside just kept looking at me and talking about me instead of opening the locked door. After banging for 15 minutes, a young lady finally answered and told me they were closed (11pm). I showed her my phone showing that they close soon at midnight She apologized for avoiding me and refunded my money. My only complaint was that a phone call wasn't made to tell me they were closing soon. I was told they almost threw my food away so that really upset me. I was there within 30 minutes of placing my order and never told they closed at 11. So thank you for making my food free! Merry Christmas(:
