Excellent food typical of the area with a pleasant homemade touch, abundant and balanced of flavors. Very good value for money. Friendly and friendly treatment. In the interior of an elegant building, the restaurant is enclosed in a historical enclosure (including the museum) dedicated for over a hundred years to the hydraulic hammer press. I'll be back. Large ambience in a former mansion. Nice location. Unfortunately, the quality of food varies too much: from almost unprepared salad to the perfect lamb steak or a very tasty paella everything is there. Similarly, the service-wine recommendations fluctuate incorrectly, the demand for ingredients could rarely be answered, long waiting times. With larger companies quickly overwhelmed. Too bad.
