I lost something at the station and I was advised to contact the manager to look on the cctv for me. I eventually got hold of the manager and they were unwilling to help. They started saying I will look in 4 hours and call you back without even taking my number down, I insisted they take my number. The station supplies fule but no customer service. What I lost was valuable to me and I understand that staff don't care and are busy but the unwillingness to help does leave a bad taste in the mouth.

Had to go and queue at... read more Motorway prices despite not being on the motorway. Shelves in front of toilet door so clearly have no intention of having them open ever. Had to go and queue at KFC to use the toilet adding 20 mins to my journey. They clearly just want to rip you off without providing any kind of a service. Avoid if possible.
