Utterly disgusting service this morning(4am). I went to the night window and asked for a ham and cheese toasty meal deal which I the attendant fetched for me and I paid for when I asked for my toasty to be cooked the attendant refused and told me If I wanted it heated up I would have to return at 5am he then refused a refund so it ended up being thrown away. as a hgv driver who uses shell up and down the country mult... At this particular station the staff seemed to be unwilling to help. I lost something at the station and I was advised to contact the manager to look on the cctv for me. I eventually got hold of the manager and they were unwilling to help. They started saying I will look in 4 hours and call you back without even taking my number down, I insisted they take my number. The station supplies fule but no customer service. What I lost was valuable to me and I understand that staff don't care and are busy but the unwillingness to help does leave a bad taste in the mouth.
The most expensive fuel in the Crewe area, Id only refuel there again if I had only vapour in my tank.
The most expensive fuel in the area is priced at £1.99 per litre, while other stations offer it for £1.86. That means for 100 litres, you end up paying an extra £14!
As expensive as it can be, pothole right at the exit. After paying an arm and a leg for their fuel, their toilet was out of order because they most likely were too lazy to clean.
Closed when said open, can't even go to the toilet when needed
