What Elizabeth H doesn't like about Portillo's Hot Dogs:
Never go any time close to the close of day. And no it wasn't right at close. We went 30 minutes prior to and they messed up the entire order. None of the food was as ordered and the hot dog bun were so wet they were like paste. I understand you have to clean up and close but we only ordered hots dogs and burgers. View all feedback. Clean place. Only downfall. Second time I come to this place and the strawberry shortcake is OLD. I think is an item that doea not sell. There has to be dates put on it. Cakes do expire. The cake was hard.and the whipped cream was dry. How can whip cream be dry? All things are possible. I do hope they change and start using labels for items that sit in a fridge.
