We ordered the 2lb packs for takeaway. The 1st time we used the app and showed up 25 minutes later to get them but they had no record of our order. The manager was great about it and apologized for it and made sure everything was perfect. The next day we wanted to get more to take on a road trip and the same manager was there. So basically: food 5* and customer service 5*. Can't go wrong. View all feedback.

Portillos italian beef sandwich is on a different level
It's nice place very good service food is good it's worth the money together and get lunch
I love visiting this place. The vegan Italian beef really rocks. My wife enjoys Italian sausage. Plenty of seating inside and out.
White Sox promotion covered the beef but not the vegan sandwich? Makes no sense. Shame the manager wanted to stick so tightly to the rules. No need to spend my money here. If Buona wants to attract non-meatitarians, treat them like regular customers, not exemptions to your rules and promotions.
