Villa Napoli - Harwood Heights

We moved from the neighboring to florida and the pizza there is terrible, we came back to the neighboring here and stopped one of our favorite places, the crust was perfect, the sauce tasty and the sausage perfect. we would like them to move a villa napoli in orlando near the transported white burg and portillos, chicago menschen all to orlando florida. that was a great pizza that couldn't wait to have one more, wondering if they ship?

My mother went here 25 years ago and just remembered that it existed about a year ago and we have now consistently ordered their delicious spaghetti and amazing margherita pizza. eating is always amazing and it is great for the price.

This place never disappoints! Great friendly service along with a fantastic menu list of authentic italian foods.Delivery was super fast and delicious as I’m taking the time out to write this review now.

This is the WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my life, with a ridiculously rude and disrespectful owner. We placed a large order and was told our food would be delivered within 45 minutes. After an hour, we called to check on the status of our food as it still hadn’t been delivered. They “checked” on the order and claimed it was out for delivery. After another 15 minutes, we still hadn’t received our order and called again. Then, they told us they never made our order and our ticket got lost. When we asked how that happened when they had JUST informed us that our food was out for delivery, they had nothing to say and hung up on us. When we called again and requested a refund and our food to be delivered, after we had waited for nearly an hour and a half, the owner rudely said “I’m not going to do that. I’m a business man and you’re trying to take advantage of me.” And for a SECOND TIME, they hung up on us. When we called back, the owner “stepped out” and had someone else handle our issue. This place is insanely unprofessional, has horrible customer service, and deserves 0 stars and 0 business. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other restaurant in the Chicagoland area unless you want to be upset by the service and the owner’s terrible attitude.

If I could leave a zero star review here, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We placed an order that they said would be ready in 40 minutes and when we called 1 hour 30 minutes later and it still hadn’t been delivered, they “checked” and said it was out for delivery. THEN when it STILL didn’t show 15 minutes later, we called back and they “re checked” and informed us they lost the ticket and didn’t actually didn’t put the order in. Then when we were reasonably upset and asked how that was even possible when they’d just told us it was out for delivery, they hung up on us. TWICE. We called back and asked for a comp on our order and they said “no, I’m a business man and won’t let you take advantage of me”. They have clearly never heard of customer service and think lying to their customers about the status of their orders and continuing to hang up on them is being a “good business man”. Do yourself a favor and try literally ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE IN THE CITY. Horrible business and deserve zero stars for treating people this way!!!
