However, the drive-thru service has consistently felt rushed and somewhat rude. There seems to be a complete disregard for simple requests, like asking for an extra pack of ketchup or no onions. I always try to be polite and I'm not a difficult customer, but the staff often makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing them just by ordering food here.

I've been a fan of chicken biscuits for years, but they've changed the chicken, and now it tastes terrible. This cheaper version has a processed flavor, yet the sandwich prices are higher than ever. I ordered two lemonade shakes, and they were basically just lemonade with a bit of cream—more like a liquid than a shake. It's disgusting. I’ve given them several chances, but something has definitely changed in the last six months. My once favorite fast food restaurant is now a disappointment.
