I ordered a milkshake this week, and it was more like chocolate milk in consistency, not frozen at all. On the bright side, the staff are usually very friendly. Maybe we just happened to visit at a busy time, as they might be short-staffed like many places these days.

I was charged an extra $3... read more The quality of the food is decent, but the low rating is due to my order being incorrect and the lack of effort to address the issue. I was charged an extra $3 to change my side, which I only noticed after getting home. Typically, I wouldn't complain about something like this as it usually just takes a quick phone call to resolve the mistake. Unfortunately, I called several times, but my calls were rejected every time. While I wouldn't advise avoiding this place altogether, I strongly recommend checking your order before leaving the drive-thru.
