On a positive note, the children's meals were generally good, although the chicken strips were quite small. The shrimp portion was generous, and the kids really enjoyed the large bowl of fruit that came with their meal, complete with apple slices! Overall, I think the chef needs to take more pride in their work and ensure that they are serving dishes that meet a higher standard. I wouldn’t even consider serving some of what we had at my family’s home.
Great little place. The last time Salmon ordered and it was fabulous. But I ordered a Caesar salad and it came with iceberg salad, I expected Romaine. Service is excellent, but felt a little hurry. Also the lighting is not inviting to create the atmosphere I think they are going for. Don't get me wrong, we're going back... sometimes it's just the little things you can do to put on the next level.
What a great place to have a fresh meal with your family and friends! My son and I had the burger and enjoyed every bite. The gyro was the special and was enjoyed by another family member. If you like a great local spot to eat, you need to give The Table a try.
This restaurant has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere right in the heart of Hartwell. The half-pound burger is absolutely delicious—I got mine topped with an egg! The pork chop is massive and incredibly tasty as well. My son enjoyed the shrimp and mac and cheese, with large shrimp and homemade mac that was to die for! Lexi, our server, was very sweet and attentive. We are excited to have found a go-to restaurant in Hartwell and can’t wait to bring our friends here next time. We’ll definitely recommend it to our future Airbnb guests!
We really enjoyed our lunch here. The hand-baked chicken fingers were outstanding and pleasantly low in salt! We also had fresh homemade potato soup, vegetable soup, and a house salad, all of which were delicious. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The restaurant itself was lovely, cozy, and spotless! The tables were spaced out nicely, so we didn't feel crowded or have to overhear other diners' conversations, which is a big plus for us. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it for groups of six or fewer. Enjoy!
