Today I ordered a New York pizza, but I was disappointed with my experience. The kitchen staff was yelling in the back, and when the pizza arrived, it was very dry and overcooked. The server did apologize, but I still ended up paying $15. Overall, I was not happy with my visit. View all feedback.
Pizza hat always tastes better when eating in the restaurant! Something about her cartons really gives the food a strange taste when you get it home. The staff here was super friendly and attentive. The building like all pizza hats is very in the need of some buildings maintenance (deckle, broken tiles, burned light bulbs) but it seemed clean. I laughed that they still have a sign in their dining room that distinguishes the non-smoking section...how long has smoking banned in Ohio restaurants?! Years!
Had the pizza buffet super good glad its back the staff was great
I haven't had the pizza or salad buffet at a Pizza Hut since before covid, this one did not disappoint and I'm sorry I forgot our waitresses name but she was phenomenal. Will definitely be back!!
Have not seen an eat-in Pizza Hut in several years. Service and food were excellent. Prices were good.
I've never had a bad experience with food or service from this pizza hut. Obviously, if you order a pizza at 6 PM on a Friday there might be a bit of a delay, but ordering online and going through the drive thru have always sped things up for me.
