The food is soooo good. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. One of the best hibachi restaurants that has ever graced the face of this earth. The food is addictive and the staff is the velvet glove to the foods iron fist. You'll find yourself sitting in the parking lot waiting on the doors to open if you ever try it. 5stars all day! What MARIA WILLIAMS doesn't like about Fuji Express:
I received the wrong food and then when I called about it, the individual on the other end wanted to argue, and hang up. Thankfully I took pictures of how it arrived and looked. Wish I could post what looks like chitlins. I ordered chicken. I will be sending the Dept of health there. Too bad I don't work this county. I'd close it down. View all feedback.
This is NOT a Japanese restaurant at all. Very American. Their menu is incredibly weak. Only 4 sushi rolls, no unagi, no udon, no miso soup, no soba noodles, no donburi, no ramen, etc. My partner got shrimp fried rice and uhh, wow lmao. It was just rice and shrimp for sure. Cause there was no vegetables and NO flavor. I got a sushi roll and the raw salmon and cream cheese was room temperature, yikes. Also.. our waitress never brought out our menu, then comes up later asking if we wanted to order??? Then at the end of our meal, we sat there forever and never got our receipt. We flag her down and apparently we pay up front, would have been cool to know? Anyways, if you want some Japanese food, go to Florence or Golden Dragon!

Food would be 5 stars for the taste and price, but I'm very worried someone is going to get hurt eating the sushi because of the consistency of the seaweed. I read up on it and if it's not baked right, sits too long in a sushi roll, or the rice is too wet it can make the seaweed very rubbery. That's what I experienced. A strand of seaweed from my sushi roll got caught in my throat and I began choking.I stayed calm tried not to cause a scene and used my fingers to pull it out, but an older person or a young child might not know to do this and I'm concerned that they could get hurt ?. If they fix the consistency of the seaweed in a sushi I would give five stars for the price. .The Ambiance is definitely not what you would see at your typical sushi or Japanese restaurant and they just have the basics but I enjoyed it and will be coming back but will be very careful when eating their sushi?.I hope someone reads this and I hope no one gets hurt. I enjoyed my food today. ?
Food was great as always, staff attentive and super friendly like normal. Est here about once a week and they never disappoint.
Birthday party for a friend. Food was OK. Food was hot and cooked to order. However, no seasoning. Used a lot of the White Sauce. The beef soup was lght. It did have a few onions in it. Salad was, baggage, pre-cut salad, with choice of 2 dressing. I choose the ginger dressing. It was
