I ordered a cake for a birthday party and while it looked pretty, it was completely inedible. My guests even asked if it had been frozen or if it was old because it tasted so bad. The icing and the cake itself were both disgusting. Unfortunately, we had to apologize to our 30-40 guests. I recommend trying a different bakery if you need a cake. We drove from Florence to Hartsville because we had ordered from this bakery in the past and it had been great, but this time was a huge disappointment. We picked up the cake on Friday, June 25th, 2021 and took it straight to the venue, so there was no opportunity for it to be affected by the freezer or heat.

The restaurant always delivers great products and excellent customer service! The birthday cake for my son was absolutely perfect.

In my opinion, cj has the best chocolate cake and delivery service. My daughter surprised me by ordering a cake from Jacksonville, Florida, which was delivered to me.
