I ordered a smoky mountain fudge milkshake, nothing else, and something red came up the straw that looked like a tomato or some kind of food and it tasted horrible!! I spit it out and that’s what I saw. Threw the whole shake away. How does that get in the ice cream? Probably someone fixing it with dirty gloves? Either way I was nauseous the rest of the night View all feedback.
Jacks pretty much always hits right. I get 2 cheeseburgers and freaking fries. also lean to the cookies and cream milkshake
Very busy in the morning but tea. Works fast to help everyone.

Food was great. The employees were very nice and friendly.
